What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
Do you accept walk-ins?
No, we do not accept walk-ins based thereby recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and technician.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, ecocash USD and bank transfers.
Do you offer bridal or group packages?
Absolutely! We have customized packages for weddings, parties, and special events. Contact us to create a tailored experience for your group.
Can I request a specific stylist or technician?
Yes, you can request a specific team member when booking your appointment. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preference.
What should I do if I'm running late?
Please call us as soon as possible. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment depending on availability.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have free customer parking on-site/street parking available
Are children allowed in the salon?
Children are welcome for services, but for safety and comfort, we recommend bringing them only if they have an appointment or can be supervised.
