Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Berakah Beauty Spa! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or receiving any services. By accessing our salon, website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

We recommend booking appointments in advance.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of $5

Repeat no-shows may be refused future bookings.

2. Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a timely start.

Late arrivals may reduce your service time or result in rescheduling.

3. Client questionnaire & health conditions

All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Consultation Form before our therapist can perform any treatments on you. We are unable to complete any treatments until this form has been completed.

Please advise us of any medications, health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your treatment when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let us know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead.

We reserve the right to ask you questions relevant to each treatment at each visit and additionally may ask you to complete a Client Consultation Form every 6 months so that we can update our records.

4. Payments

We accept payments via cash, ecocash and bank transfer.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Full payment is required at the time of service.

5. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your service, please inform us within 48 hours.

We do not offer refunds on services but will provide corrective treatments where appropriate.

Products can be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and in original condition.

6. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a client shows signs of contagious conditions.

Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be refused service.

7. Children & Guests

For safety and relaxation, we ask that children are only brought when receiving services.

Guests not receiving services may be asked to wait in a designated area.

8. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

9. Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service.

Vouchers have an expiry date and cannot be redeemed for cash or beyond the expiry date.

10. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected is used solely for appointment management, communication, and internal marketing purposes.

We will never share your information without consent.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, harassment, or who fails to comply with these terms.

12. THERAPIST/STAFF ILLNESS

Unfortunately, there may be times when we have to cancel your appointment due to therapist/staff illness or other emergency. If we are unable to reschedule your appointment at another time or with an alternative therapist on the same day we will need to cancel your appointment and rebook you for the next available appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to cancel your appointment.
